Thank you for shopping with Knuckleheadz! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Refund
Eligibility: Items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refund Assessment: All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Knuckleheadz prior to acceptance. Products must be free from intentional damage, misuse, or excessive wear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of neglect, alteration, or damage beyond normal use.
We stand by our 30-day money-back promise — but only if it’s fair play. Every return is assessed by Knuckleheadz before approval. If the wraps come back intentionally damaged or misused, the refund won’t apply.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item sent).

Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address Policy: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee of $8 AUD will be required to send the order again.
Knuckleheadz is not liable for additional shipping costs caused by incorrect shipping details submitted at checkout.
